2004 chevy venture pass side sliding door operates but the back side will not latch properly.cleaned and lubed seals, still not working

There are contact switches located on these sliding doors, and they get dirty over time and don't send the correct signal to the power sliding door module. The first thing to do is clean these contacts (you can see them in the door jamb), then reinitialize the door, and see what it does from there. Here is the procedure to initialize the door. Turn the ON/OFF switch for the power sliding door system to be re-initialized to the OFF position.Manually open the power sliding door completely.Manually close and latch the power sliding door.Turn the power sliding door ON/OFF switch to the ON position.Open the power sliding door completely using the B-pillar or overhead console OPEN/CLOSE switch.Close the power sliding door completely using the B-pillar or overhead console OPEN/CLOSE switch.
