Chevrolet express: Hey guys replaced front rotors and pads

Customer Question

Hey guys replaced front rotors and pads also rear pads on2006 Chevy express. Never opened up system, now under lite braking rolling up to a stop sign etc. Break pedal fades quick and sounds like left front is grinding to a stop. I did pump brakes after each wheel service was completed. Went back and removed all calipers pushing the Pistons back re assembled and pumped brakes. Pedal feels harder but still doing the same thing.
