I had a loose cable into the battery..I requested that they check the threads on the post.
In the past as in the last two months..I had a problem starting in that it appeared the connection was faulty,,, The battery came in a at nornal as did the individual wire
came in at

Is this a side post battery or top post? If a side post, I have seen this happen more times that not, the rubber on those terminals prevents a good metal to metal contact between the battery cable and the post. Cut the rubber off with a razor blade. I have a diagram showing how, let me find that.
