I replaced my engine and it started twice and ran for couple it wont turn over with key but u can turn it over by shorting the selonoid but it start

you need to check for power to the little purple wire at the starter solenoid to be sure you have power from the ignition switch. if the starter cranks when you short that terminal, then the starter motor sounds like it is good.
