I have a 2003 5.3L trailblazer that is missing on cycinders 1,3,5,7 intermittantly. Do you know of possible causes of this problem.

usually when it is a complete bank of cylinder on one side of the engine which you have 1 3 5 and 7 missing the only thing that will cause this is the O2 sensor for that bank of cylinders bad and leaning out the cylinders on that bank
changing the O2 sensor for that bank of cylinders should correct this issue
