What is the normal oil pressure on a 99 chevy suburban with a 454 engine. Idle is 40 psi but driven it goes up to 70-75

It should be, with the engine warm, 10 psi with at 600 rpm and 25 psi at 2,000 rpm.

I would change the oil filter to a AC Delco and check the oil pressure again.
Either a short oil filter PF454 or the longer one PF1218.
