can you unplug the wiper motor connector and see if the black/white wire AND the solid black wire terminals shows a GOOD ground in the wiper motor connector ? then turn the truck ON and turn the wiper switch to low speed testing the dark grren and purple wire then switch to high speed testing both again what will those 2 wires show for volts on high and low ?
