Chevrolet Silverado both low beam headlights go out at same time, no juice at bulb connection

Thank you for using Just Answer.I will do my best to answer your question.Sounds like you have a bad DRL relay(daytime running light).The first thing that needs to be checked is to be sure that the headlight dimmer switch is sending power though it.
You will need to gain access to the dimmer switch wiring by removing the shroud from around the steering column.
There are 3 wires that feed headlights there. The yellow wire should get battery voltage when the headlamp switch is in the on position. When you switch the dimmer switch to the high beams, the light green wire will get power. when you switch to low beams, the tan wire will get power.
