That symbol is for the tire pressure monitor. If this light is on then you may have low tire pressure in one or more tires, if the tire pressures are normal then you may have a bad sensor.

The p0463 is for a bad fuel level sensor, you will need to have it replaced. The sensor is located on the fuel pump but it can be replaced with out replacing the pump. The fuel tank needs to be removed to make this repair.

The part listed on ebay is the correct part, I would check with your local dealer for there price. You may save a few dollars on ebay but the dealer part is a higher quality part.

if it were a bad tire sensor, how would I find out which?

You need to use a tire sensor reader to find out which sensor is bad. Your local tire shop can do this and replace the sensor for you. To replace the tire sensor, the tire has to be removed from the wheel. Then the new sensor needs to be programed to the car with the same tire sensor reader tool.
