Hello and welcome to Justanswer,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will do my best to assist you with your question.

In most cases the problem you are discribing is caused by a failed Instrument panel cluster and replacement is usually resolves the problem. You need to take you test light and with the key on, see if you have power on pins B9 and Pin B11 at the cluster connector. If you do and also have a good ground on Pins B12 and A12 and the odometer still dosnt work then that means the cluster is bad.

How much is cluster??
Expert:  Ron replied 5 years ago.
The last one I replaced was right at $385 but to know for sure I would call and find out current pricing. I have enclosed a link to a good place to have yours exchanged or rebuilt. Give them a call and they can give you the excate price.
