There are two fuses labeled "cluster" in the IP fuse block (in the dash). Make sure that those fuses are good, and if you have the capability with a test light or multimeter, make sure that there is power present on both sides of each fuse with the key on.

If those fuses are good and the circuits are powered up, you very likely have a failed PCM. All of the gauge inputs are actually sent to the instrument cluster from the PCM via the onboard data bus. If all of those gauges suddenly stopped, and you presumably have power and ground to the cluster (checking the fuses makes that a reasonably safe assumption), then the PCM has likely stopped communicating this data to the cluster.

Solid diagnostics will be impossible without a scan tool. Also, PCM replacement will be impossible without a scan tool, since the replacement PCM has to be programmed to the car. The good news is that, if it does indeed need a PCM, it is covered under an 8 year/80,000 mile emission warranty, so you may get this fixed for free. Call your dealer and ask them about the warranty coverage on your car, and they'll set you up if your car is eligible.
