Does low coolant warning come on even when coolant level is full?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.

no came on once hot engine ,went off in 10 seconds added coolant right away truck runs fine no issues

Heat works good? Does vehicle ever run hot? So the overflow tank was a little low on coolant and adding coolant has kept the light off? Thanks.
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

heat is fine ,low speed relay recently went .no more warning from command system

Ok, if the coolant was low then you have a coolant leak either internal such as headgaskets or intake gasket or external such as radiator, hose, ect....If its a small leak then watching fluid and adding once in awhile would least until leak gets worse....To fix you will need to connect a cooling system pressure tester and pressurize system while looking for external leaks...If none are found then you likely have a intake gasket leaking considering you have good heat and it doesnt run hot. Let me know fi you have questions, thanks.
