Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 I need to replace the battery in my 05

Resolved Question:

I need to replace the battery in my 05 Tahoe. I disconnected the red and black, but the battery will not budge. What else exactly do I need to do? There appear to be several bolts that can be lossened but they are hard to access.

Hello, the first thing is you have to remove that brace going on angle over battery. then.. down at bottom of battery you will see a plastic block say 3" long. there is a single bolt in the middle of it. It has a 5/16" head. We use a long extension with 5/16" socket to loosen the bolt, the block will then come loose and battery will lift out
