This p-code is pointing to a fault in the EVAP Canister Vent Solenoid Valve. This is actually a fairly common fail item on these vehicles. Make sure there are no broken, disconnected or clogged vacuum lines. If the visual inspection checks ok, suspect a faulty vent solenoid valve. This valve will not effect fuel economy, and is mainly for emissions control.
