Have you checked the 5 volt reference circuit to see if it is really shorted out or shorted to ground?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Where is this 5 volt circuit? Which 5 volt Circuit? Wire colors and such?

I got your answer from the Printout I got at AutoZone.

The PCM supplies this 5 volts on this circuit. It goes to various sensors on the vehicle. Either one of these sensors is bad shorting this circuit out, the wiring is shorted or the PCM is just simply bad.

Turn the key on and check all three wires at the tps for 5 volts. If there is no 5 volts there, you will have to check for 5 volts coming out of the computer with the key on. If still no voltage coming out of the pcm on this circuit with the key on, then chances are the PCM is at fault and will need to be replaced.
