the cam sensor is built into the injection pump assembly.if you have the cam or optic code and its running bad or will not run then the injection pump assembly needs to be changed.either with a new.rebuilt or remove and find a shop online that will rebuild this unit for you

NO CODES FOUND, IT HAS NEW PMD, AND A NEW INJECTION PUMP.

ok..so what is wrong with it?why did the pump get changed?

WE REPLACED THE PMD, AND INJECTION PUMP, AND NOW 2 MONTHS LATER IT STILL WONT START!

ok the cam sensor is in the pump it is not serviced separately..NOW did you bleed the air out and try to start it?does it have fuel going into the pump?

YES I HAVE AN YES IT DOES.

when cranking loosen any fuel line to any fuel injector and see if fuel is getting to the injector its self

WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY FUEL ...ITS NOT SMOKING @ ALL!!

at the FSD connector on the side of the pump with the key on do you have 12 volts at the pink wire?if 12 volts plug it back in and then un plug engine cut off solenoid see if it starts.then reconnect that connector and unplug the optical fuel temp sensor will it start and run with that unplugged?#2 in this picture.if it still will not start reconnect that connector and then disconnect fuel solenoid driver and see what you have for voltage at the light green wire which CRANKING.let me knowgraphic
