Ok, without getting into boring and stroking, the first thing that comes to mind is headers and the biggest diameter dual exhaust your money can buy. Changing the rear end gears to a 4.10 like you did will give you more torque but will not increase the overall speed unless you go with bigger diameter tires.
To get the most out of what you already have you may want to search for a computer chip or tuner to get the max out of what is stock.
If you are looking at spending more money and/or doing any engine rebuilding then boring out the cylinders and going with bigger diameter pistons and possibly popup pistons if you have open chamber heads. Possibly larger valves and a performance camshaft and stroking the crank.
It all really depends on exactly what you have now, what you want and what you want to spend.
