Ok.. does the pressures go down at all or does the AC start working with water or air being blown on the condenser?

works well with water hose on condenser - does not cool much better when qDRIVING down the road

It sounds like the condenser is plugged up to me. IF not, you might have a restriction somewhere in the system.

flushed through condenser - seems ok - my thoughts exactly, but can't seem to get it to cool properly
