Hello and welcome. this is pretty simple job on this vehicle. here is the instructions. just a note, don't plug in the electrical connector of the new actuator before it is mounted to the heater a/c case.

 

the actuator is mounted on the bottom of the a/c case right above the floor hump. you will need to remove the sound insulator under the dash on the passenger side to get to the actuator

 

 

Remove the I/P insulator panel

  • Remove the retaining bolts.
  • Remove the insulator (1) from the HVAC module by pulling downwards.

  • Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the left air temperature actuator (2).
  • Remove the screws from the left air temperature actuator (2).
  • Remove the left air temperature actuator (2) from the HVAC module assembly (3).
