You may want to inspect the spark plugs and wires. This is the most common reason for misfires. If a spark plug or wire is arching out, it will cause this issue. The next thing to check would be the fuel injector. The number 7 and 8 injectors are located at the rear of the fuel rail. This can cause debris and dirty to get to these injectors and cause a low flow issue. You can remove the injectors and try to clean the inlet screens. This may help the injector to flow better. If the injectors look good, try moving the number 7 injector to the number 1 location to see if the miss-fire moves. If all is well, you may have a sticking valve or low compression on that cylinder. You would need to perform a compression test to find out.
