Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement (Utility Right)

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear seat.
  2. Remove the Third Pillar trim panel.
  3. Remove the garnish molding.
  4. Remove the door sill plate.
  5. Remove the quarter panel trim screws.


  1. Remove the quarter panel trim from the vehicle. Lift the quarter panel to release the quarter panel from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure

  1. Install the quarter panel trim to the vehicle. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
  2. Install the quarter panel trim screws. Tighten the quarter panel trim screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
  3. Install the door sill plate.
  4. Install the garnish molding.
  5. Install the Third Pillar trim panel.
  6. Install the rear seat.

Blower Motor Replacement - Auxiliary


  1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the blower motor screws.
  4. Remove the blower motor (1) from the auxiliary HVAC module (2).
  5. Remove the retaining clip from the fan cage.
  6. Remove the fan cage from the blower motor.

  1. Install the fan cage to the blower motor (1).
  2. Install the retaining clip to the fan cage.
  3. Install the blower motor (1) to the auxiliary HVAC module (2).
  4. Install the blower motor screws.
  5. Connect the electrical connectors.
  6. Install the right rear quarter trim.
