I have seen a few of the bleed doors break in the Heater case and cause no heat.
You would need to pull the temp door motor off and see if the door moves ok from stop to stop. The temp door motor is on the passenger side of the heater box. You can get to it from under the passenger side dash.

First, check the coolant level to nake sure its full.
