Start by checking the fuse for the taillamps. It is located in the fuse panel under the dash. It is labeled PK LPS, fuse #3.

i have checked all the fuses, i replaced fuse #3 yesterday, now it has blown again.
You have a short in the park lamp wiring. Common places for shorts are at the trailer wiring connections under the rear bumper area and behind the radio if an aftermarket stereo has been installed. It is the brown wire you will want to check. Make sure the brown wire is not pinched or chafed, causing a short to ground.
