what year would block casting #10066036 be and would it be able to handle 435hp edelbrock performance top end kit. engine has approx 30,000 miles on and runs good no noise

...350......1984 & up.....2 or 4 Bolt Mains (need to look)...

Target Master/Goodwrench crate motor, 2-piece rear seal, "Hecho en Mexico" (Made in Mexico) sold in GM Parts


While most of these engines were built for replacing stock motors & sold thru Parts, this is "not" the engine I would spend money on, for performance.

Try to find a Block / Engine in the late 60's to early 70's with 4 bolt mains
