1995 Chevy Suburban: the IAT, MAF, or AFM sensor located..350 engine

Customer Question

Where is the IAT, MAF, or AFM sensor located on my 1995 Chevy Suburban with the 350 engine? What would it look like and which of these sensors would I have?

Welcome. These sensors are mot used until 1996 and the AFM is not used in the engine at all. If you had a MAF and IAT they would be a 2 wire for the IAT and a 3 wire sensor for the MAF in the intake air tube. But as I said, not until 1996 were these sensors used. As for the AFM, that stands for Active Fuel Management and is the cylinder deactivation system used in the 2006 and newer engines to conserve fuel.

I have edited the post, please read it for the changes I posted. The picture below shows both the MAF and the IAT.
