2005 chevy astro: a 4.3 litre vortec dtc code..p300..misfire code

i have a 2005 chevy astro van with a 4.3 litre vortec dtc code p0300 randon/multiple cylnder misfire code is set. changed all plugs and wires and code still sets any suggestions..... car also recently had cranksensor replaced and mass air flow sensor replaced.. code driving me crazy!!!!!

Welcome. The first few things I would replace is the fuel filter first and then the cap and rotor second. Both of these can and will cause a misfire. Try to blow through the old filter and see. You should be able to blow through it with little resistance.
