This has always been a long time problem for these vehicles. To address this problem remove the rear brake drums ,reface if more than.002 out-of-round & do not cut larger than specs.Grind brake shoes on each end so that no material is higher than center.make sure all is clean & use new brake hardware to secure shoes.Adjust shoes for light contact with drum.
