How to change 80 amp mega power steering fuse on 2007 Chevy Equinox?

Have you already checked the fuse and you know it is bad? Are you having a problem with the electric steering system?

It looks more like a module and I am not sure that it just pulls out. The battery was dead and we jumped it very carefully.

Ok, Sometimes jump starting does blow the steering fuse. Are you replacing the 80 amp fuse marked EPS fuse numbered 63 in the under hood fuse block?

It should just pull out!!! You have to remove the two red battery cables from the 80 amp mega fuse, then it slides off.
