does the engine turn over and just not fire or what is it doing and what engine

it will not turn over, but a hot shot didnot help, the radio, lights and everthing inside works

but the engine won't fire

this will be hard to diagnos with out a test light or volt meter did you try starting it in nuetral just to see if it didnt go all the way in park also when you try to start it do you here any clicking sounds from under the hood or engine area

we tried starting in neutral it did not work, there is clicking in the fuse box under the hood

if i had to guess it is the starter but it would be easy to tell for sure if you had a test light to test for power at the starter but since you dont i will say you need a starter
