Hello I will help you with your question,

There is a DRL relay but no headlamp relay, All the power for mthe headlamps is run through the headlamp switch then through the DRL relay which will allow reduced operation with the switch off or full operation with the switch on

The DRL relay is located in the convienence center.

It may be the relay but some testing with a testlight will tell you for sure. Do you want information on how to test?

Does the high beam indicator come on?

If it does, check the yellow wire in the dimmer switch connector for power. If there is power there check the tan and green wires for power with the dimmer in both positions. If you have power in but no power out you need a new switch
