There are several things that can cause a leak in that area.

If there is a leak coming from one of the fuel line connections at the top of the tank, a replacement fuel line may be required to repair the connection.
There could be damage to the plastic fuel module that is recessed into the tank from the top; if this is damaged then a replacement fuel module may be needed to repair the problem.
There could be a damaged fuel module lock ring, or a problem with the rubber O-ring that seals the module to the tank body; if so, these parts will need to be replaced.
lastly, there could be a small rust hole or other damage to the tank itself; if so, a repolacement fuel tank will be needed; fuel tanks are not items that should be repaired.
