VerifiedThere is a technical bulletin from gm on all trailblazers, envoys, and ascenders that are consistent with your codes. It is #03-06-04-030F it states cleaning of the fuel injectors and retesting them. Should be done with approved top engine cleaner from GM. There are also a few pcm reflashes that can be done at the dealer for the other codes you have.
