Where is the oil drain plug located on a 2000 blazer

In the back and on the side of the oil pan, next to the oil filter. If it is a 4X4, it may have a skid plate in the way or the filter may be mounted under the plastic panel below the front bumper. If that is the case there will be a small trap door that allows access to the filter, the door will have a regular slotted screw in it that turns to lock the door in place. The first picture is of the filter mounted under the plastic panel, below the front bumper, the second is of aXXXXXunit with no skid plates. Thanks
