Welcome KRAY_ZEE. Repeat seal failures can be for a few reasons. First, check the vent tube and make sure it is not kinked and free. The build up of pressure form heat can make a seal fail. Second, the seal may not have been installed correctly, and finally, the axle may have a nick or other seal surface blemish that is damaging the seal. No, I usually don't see seals fail this often unless one of the above listed issues exists. Thanks and please contact me if you need more help.
