Look for a weak fuel pump or leaking fuel pressure regulator.Fuel should be 55-62 psi & holding for at least 4 minutes.If the fuel pressure regulator is leaking there may be fuel in the vacuum line.If the pump & regulator are good ,clean the carbon from the throttle body with a shop towel & some carb spray.Make sure the powertrain control module has the latest GM calibrations.
