Hi,I never have much luck using a slim jim on those trucks. I use a padded pry bar to open up the gap between the top of the door frame, then using a very stiff rod, something like the steel antenna mast ,the ball end removed The end is bent to a 90 degree angle to form a small L It is inserted between the door gap, the sliding lock is then moved to the open position using the stiff rod. I do this quite often,as the drivers at our fleet lock the keys inside a few times a month.
