Hello and welcome to Just, Super mechanic here. About your vehicle.

What you may want to try is just hitting around the center of the door while you are activating the window switch. Most times the window motor will be the cause and when you hit it, that will jarr it enough to start it running again.

Another way to know if that is your problem, without extensive testing would be to try the window with the key on and the engine off and see if the inside lights dim for a split second when you do. If so, then the problem is the window motor. That's an easy way to make sure that the switch is working, thanks

I believe the window came off of the track. Because it is rattling

Do you hear the motor running when you try to make the window go up?
Customer: replied 9 years ago.
It wasn't the motor. It was the plastic piece holding the window. It is all one unit that you must buy. Therefore banging on the door in not an acceptable answer.

Thanks anyway
