Hello and welcome. Are there any other codes? Just to be clear, were these parts replaced to try to correct this code, or did the code show up after lifter replacement? There are several things that can cause this code, and any more info may help.

Reply to Joel's Post: had a 1345 code fixed it cleard all codes ran fine for about 30 min started missing at idle and check engine light came on code was p0014 all the codes have been after lifter replacement

There is a pcm re-flash to adress this code, and a crank posrition variance re-learn procedure may need to be done, depending on what was done to fix the p1345 but since it came up after these repairs, it sounds like the exausth cam or actuator is out of time, debre in the actuator solenoid, This may be because of the previuous repairs, and the timing may be off, the actuator is damaged, or debre in the actuator.
