There is an underhood fuse block and an interior one in the dash. Should be on the drivers side fender, black box and the inside lid should tell which fuse and relay is labeled.

could you give some ideas on why the fuel pump has no voltage replaced the relay, fuel pump the wiring is correct on the pump does it have a fues of it on and loction i also have 40 oil psi at cranking speed   thanks MIKE

There is a fuse in the underhood fuse panel as shown in the schematic below. The VCM supplies power when commanded based on vehicle inputs and outputs.Verify you have power to the relay if the fuse is good to start.

yes as if looking down at relay the uper right pin has voltage

I have the box off the frame does the wiring tie in with fuel pump
