84 Chevy: My front brakes keep locking up..bleed..slowly

Customer Question

My front brakes keep locking up. I have an 84 Chevy C-10 and after I bleed the brake lines and drive, the front brakes slowly lock back up. What is the problem?

one idea i have is,after you have drivin truck and the brakes are locked up:

if you can jack up the vehicle and find out which wheel is locking up,

then once you know what wheel it is ,if it is still locked up try loosening the bleed screw.

once you have done that if the wheel now turns freely you probably have a brake hose by the calipre that is bad internally.if it does not turn after loosening the bleed screw it is more than likely a bad calipre
