How do I replace the freeze plugs on my 1987 Chevy S-10?

Knock them through and them pry them out with a pair of vise grips.Clean the holes with sand paper and take a socket that fits the plug (on the inside of the plug). Coat the plug with a light coat of oil and hammer them in flush(like the old ones were)
