I was on facebook and all of the sudden my phone went completely dead

Technician's Assistant: When did you last charge your phone?

I had it charged yesterday and it still showed 78%

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?

Yes and I just plugged it in to a charger

Remove the charger from the Phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds. Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone. Let me know the results please Thank you

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it
