I keep getting a black rectangle that says "Unfortunately your email has stopped working",,,,about every 15 seconds.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: this is happening on my phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called Trackphone, and tried what they told me, it didn't work.
