2 or three days. I have tried settings, and check to see if I have up to date service.

You can switch between sound modes, while preserving the

individual sound settings you have made.

1. From a Home screen, tap key with 9 dots on it then the button with a gear or cog on it

2. Tap Sounds and vibrations > Sound mode, and then choose a

mode:

Sound: Use the sounds, vibrations, and volume levels you

have chosen in Sound settings for notifications and alerts.

Vibrate: Vibrate for notifications and alerts. This uses the

Vibration intensity you choose in Sound settings.

Mute: Mute all sounds and notifications.

Set the system volume level and default volume for call ringtones,

notifications, and other audio.

1. From a Home screen, tap button with 9 dots then APPS> settings button

2. Tap Sounds and vibrations > Volume and drag the sliders to set

the default volume for:

Ringtone

Media

Notifications

System

WOW.... Those are the ONLY settings that control your volume on that phone... No other setting can change your phone apart from the ones we just went through

The only thing you can do at this point is completely reset the phone to factory because either the software is not functioning correctly or the hardware is malfunctioning

I'm very sorry but if there is no update available, I have tried everything possible to help you get fixed up... There isn't anything left to try after this... I recommend you get a new phone or if its under warranty you are 100% covered on this issue.
