Sorry, Richard. I'm not sure what you are asking. I have a long series of numbers on the side of the modem. is that what you want?
I work from my home for SMU, a university in dallas. I'm connected to my email and to google, but SMU's network rejects my password, tho I've reset it twice.
additionally, i frequently get a disconnect message and a reconnect message about five minutes later. my help desk tells me that I have an ATT problem.

im trying to connect to my smu network. it will not accept my password. the continued disconnect and reconnect messages indicate to my help desk that I have an connection issue, not an smu issue.
