I was told that I could get a "user guide", which "is the manual", by going to :"Verizon.com" and clicking on "support". I did, but can't get the manual. Can you, will you help me?!!!

I just recently purchased my 'phone. I was given a few little pamphlets on how to use the phone, but none of these work and MOST (except for one) are in a different language!!!

Don't think so, just want to get the manual so that I can read for myself and get my questions answered!.
