cell phone won't ring, just vibrates. I pressed the top button above the volume control buttons and it still just vibrates.
JA: What's the brand/model of your phone?
Customer: Apple IPhone don't remember the model
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPhone?
Customer: where would I find that info, it just did an update.
JA: The Smartphone Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have an IPhone 6s. Not very long. I remember receiving a call earlier in the week and it rang.
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My tablet connected to another 6s has a door bell ring every night at 7:55 and we can't figure out what atarted it.

I am Samuel and I will help you. On the left-hand side of the iPhone, there's a small switch just above the two volume buttons. To turn the iPhone ringer off and put the phone into silent mode, simply flip this switchdown towards the back of the phone.

Thought I did that but that did it. Can you tell me the fix about the tablet? It rings like a doorbell every night at 7:55pm?

That switch fixed the issue. BTW.

I am glad that worked. As far as the tablet it sounds like an alarm or reminder is set. Do you have a clock icon in your apps?

It shows no alarms, bedtime is just introduced, stopwatch is all 0's, along with the timer. Only thing left is world clock.

Not on the tablet just on her cell phone.
I would still check the calendar to see if there are any appointments or reminders that are set
