Ever since I had to put a password ***** for gmail I have not been receiving all of my emails on my Samsun Galazy Core cell phone. Before both computer and cell phone picked up all emails

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

Unsure but was receiving emails all of them before I had to enter a password

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It has been going on for a minimum of a month or two ever since I had to give a password ***** my computer to receive emails.

Tap on the Menu icon (3 dots)

Tap Settings

Tap Manage Accounts

Tap the email account

Tap More Settings (at the very bottom)

Change password ***** (you may need to tap on Incoming Settings first)

Then tap Done

Clicking on Manage accounts with my email address under in same box and under that is GENERAL SETTINGS. I click on this box and and shows what I wrote just previously
