It crashed and now says I need to do a restore. I don't want to lose my pictures. Phone has not been backed up.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: 17 months
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It happened when I deleted my FAcebook app and reinstalled

ok, you need to try to restore, it is likely the internal memory has faild and it wont restore, but this is the only option you have to try to get the phone to work.

They can always fault at any time, I see this many times everyday which is why backups are so important.
