I just received my phone this past week.its a Grand5.5HD G030L.unlocked dual sim.I have just one simcard at this time for total finally accepted sim but I cant get my wireless company into phone and add my minutes.plrse help me!not good with technology.still learning.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: brand new.bought on amazon.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried getting it to do user manual.saise nothing.i tried opening the sim toolkit saise not ready or unsupported.i went into cellular network settings yesterday but was has my knows theres a availablew youngest used to help me but now lives far.told me contact yous.tried letting it search networks also.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i have to import my calllist sim didn't have the old phone was crappy lg 4g.i have to set up all my apps for facebook email etc.but once i get total wireless working in the phone it will be nice.maybe tips on how with this phone.booklet has nothing just parts list.thank you.
